I love that you can customize each letter with your own videos. All our friends and family have made a video for the letter of their name, and those are my sons favourites!

Great app. It would be nice if the alphabet had an option for zed rather than zee.

My 21 month old daughter adores this app. Great learning for kids of all ages!

Love this app with all the videos from Sesame Street linked to the letters, the practice writing, etc. But...it would be even better if when the iPad is on mute mode that the sound for this app would also be muted. Have opened the iPad upon arriving home late at night to Elmo shouting at me that he "LOVES TO WRITE"...funny for me (to be scared by Elmo at 11pm, not so funny for the sleeping infant, spouse, toddler...y

I so want to give this app the 5 stars I would have before the last update, early Dec 2013. This is a really great and fun learning app for children. It is used quite frequently in our home and one of our 5 year olds favourites. With the new update, it does not seem to be as picky that the tracing is perfect, but unfortunately the tracing on the lower case letters does not always register, there is a gap that does not fill in on most letters. This makes it frustrating for kids as they cannot move on to the next part. I hope Sesame Street is able to correct this soon! Otherwise a great app, wish they had more a Than just ABCs and 123s!

My 2 years old kid is getting frustrated playing with this app. He used to love this app but since the new update hes not able to draw into the lowercase letters. He also waits for Elmo to say the letter when he chooses a letter around the square so he can repeat it but it goes silent. Did that function disappear or is there a setting to bring that back? I tried removing the app and re-installing it, still has the bugs. Please fix the bugs, I hate seeing him angry and disappointed!

At one point this was my sons favourite app. One update later its nearly impossible to trace most of the lower case letters. Do not purchase this app until they update

Audio does not work properly so letters are not pronounced. Tracing is still not working as it did before. As many reviews have said the updates since 2014 Dec have ruined this great app. Dont download till they fix this.

How can u rate with a star if the dam APP wont download . And I was charge 4.99 for this APP I want my money back .please

Always crashes on the initial screen. I press play and it immediately crashes. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.

The free version worked! The one I paid for doesnt. It crashes all the time! I want my money back :/

Im trying to download app on I-pad for my grandson. Paid for the app. But this wont download onto the IPad . The IPad has been trying to download this. App for over 3 hours now.

I usually never buy apps that cost over a few hundred yen, but this app was worth every penny! My son had a lot of fun with the lite version, too, but he was only able to select A, B and C. The rest of the alphabet was locked. : ( I felt like with all that this offers: phonics, letter tracing, educational (short) videos, coloring, music and more, I promise you youre little one will enjoy : ) And everybody loves Elmo, right?! - American mommy living in Japan

I bought the full version of this after my son fell in love with the free version. However, I had trouble updating it and getting it to run the latest version. I tried deleting it to re-download, but now it wont download. An awesome app when it worked, but for me now its just a waste of five bucks.

If I could give this a zero rating I would, I just paid for it downloaded it for my grandchildren to play with and it never fully loads and shuts off constantly! A big waste of time and money dont bother with this app!!!! Signed, unhappy Nana

I bought this app for my daughter when she was about a year old and she only played with it a couple times. Now she is 2 1/2 and she LOVES the numbers and letters app!!!!she asks to play with it every day and has gotten so good at tracing the numbers and letters. We have never had any issues with the app and it works great!!

My girls love this app. One problem though. Anyone else notice that Elmo says a long "a" sound when pronouncing the letter "L"? I have contacted app support a couple of times with no success. Would be a 5 star rating otherwise.

I purchased this app for my daughter on my original iPad. Not only can I not update it, I also cant use it at all as the update it paused. Please fix it. Frustrated Mommy

This is by far my 2 year olds favorite app! He loves the videos and coloring options and is starting to be able to trace the letters himself but mostly still asks for help with that. He knows almost all of his alphabet because of the app and his doctors are blown away! Definitely the best iPad purchase Ive made for him.

Keeps crashing! Please fix ASAP, my three year old would greatly appreciate playing this without it freezing all the time.
